SMS PROGRAM
SMS TERMS & OPT-IN
Last updated: June 10, 2026
DeliveryLinx operates a transactional SMS program for delivery and freight operations. Messages are sent to contracted drivers and carriers about the loads they are assigned. This page describes who receives messages, how they opt in, and how to stop.
OPT IN HERE →Program description
Operational dispatch and delivery notifications and two-way coordination between an operator's dispatch team and its contracted drivers and carriers: load assignments, rate confirmations, departure, arrival, delivery and proof-of-delivery confirmations, check-ins, and replies. These are transactional, account-related messages, not marketing.
How recipients opt in (consent)
Recipients are contracted drivers and carriers with an active business relationship with the operator. Opt-in to text messages is voluntary and is never a condition of accepting a load, creating an account, using the service, or any purchase. A recipient gives express consent to receive operational text messages in any of these ways:
- By opting in on the opt-in page, where they enter their mobile number and check the consent box; or
- By checking the optional consent box when they open their private load link. They can accept the load with or without checking it; checking it simply adds text updates; or
- When the operator onboards a driver or carrier and they choose to provide their mobile number and consent; or
- By texting the operator's dispatch number first to begin coordinating a load.
The exact consent language recipients agree to
This is the verbatim consent disclosure shown at the opt-in point. By checking the box, the recipient agrees to:
The consent disclosure and this page state the message types, that frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and the STOP and HELP keywords. We do not use purchased lists, we do not message anyone who has not opted in, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What the opt-in looks like
On the private load page, the recipient enters their name and can accept the load right away. A separate, optional checkbox lets them also receive text updates; the Accept Load button does not depend on it. No message is ever sent to anyone who has not opted in (here, on the opt-in page, or at onboarding), and STOP is honored at all times.
Representative screen. The Accept Load button is active once a name is entered; the SMS opt-in box is optional.
