OPT IN TO TEXT UPDATES

DeliveryLinx runs a transactional SMS program for delivery and freight operations. Contracted drivers and carriers opt in to receive operational dispatch and delivery notifications about the loads and routes assigned to them. This is not marketing.

Consent is voluntary and is never required. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of creating an account, using DeliveryLinx, accepting a load, or completing any transaction. You can use every part of the service without opting in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

TEXT UPDATE PREFERENCE

Choose whether DeliveryLinx may text you operational dispatch updates. Either choice works: texting is optional and is never required to use DeliveryLinx.

Leaving the box unchecked or skipping means no texts, ever, and you can still use every DeliveryLinx feature. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

What you will receive

Operational dispatch and delivery notifications and two-way coordination: load assignments, rate confirmations, departure, arrival, delivery and proof-of-delivery confirmations, deadline reminders, and replies with dispatch. Transactional and account-related, not promotional.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with load activity. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at deliverylinx.com/contact.

Privacy

No mobile information, including text-messaging opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the full SMS Terms, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Inside the app, drivers and carriers see this same checkbox, unchecked by default, and can accept work and use every feature without checking it.
